It’s like the classic tale of “he said, she said”, but this time, it’s a battle between two different inflation indicators. While their expectations have surged, market-based measures – such as TIPS breakevens - have been far more stable, showing a more modest rise over the last six months. So historically, which measure has been a better guide? Joining the show today to unpack all this and more, including the sectors she favours in today’s market uncertainty is Fidelity Director of Quantitative Market Strategy, Denise Chisholm.
